The Map below showcases India's Most Important National Highways (Not to be confused with expressways) which are the litreal arteries & veins of the nation as they are used by both passengers & goods to travel short & medium distances, sometimes even ultra-long distances. Apart from NH27 & NH44, the other Highways are a part of the Golden Quadilatreal, a visionary project of Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
